I’m here to introduce you to the new love in my life, this Palette.
I honestly have never fallen in love with a palette quite like I have with this one. It’s a beauty. There’s so many looks that are possible with this bad boy and it’s nearly everything you could need in a palette. Chuck in some foundation and mascara and that’s all you would need to take with you on a holiday.
If you’re thinking right now though “Cassie? How the heck did you get your hands on Tarte in Australia?” Then I have an amazing website to show you. MYQTY.com. This website is the shit. It sells Benefit, Sigma, Tarte, Urban Decay, Lorac, theBalm, Real Techniques, Coastal Scents and ELF amongst others and at unbelievably reasonable prices. And shipping is super cheap too! Music to an Australian’s ears! I told Louise from louiseamy about this beauty of a website and she got the Lorac Pro palette and some brushes so I’ll link her post on those here. Basically this website is the best, so get on it!
Now on to the palette. It has six eyeshadows, one highlighter, one bronzer and one blush.
All the shades are super pigmented and really creamy. Everything blends away perfectly and it’s near impossible to stuff a look up with these colours.
The only thing that annoys me is that the names of the shadows are on a clear plastic sheet that needs to be pulled off to get to the shades. When you have such cute names for the shades I really want to be able to see the names on the palette itself. This is my only issue with this palette, nothing huge but it’s just my preference.
This baby is limited edition so I’m not actually sure if it’s still available or not, but here’s the myqty link for it. You can sign up for an email alert when it’s back in stock which is really convenient. If you can still get this palette I definitely recommend it!
